Second set is the 'Web" set which includes a compressed version

World Editor Pass Clear
By Mana in World Master
This tool will open a specified .sam file and clear all user-painted passability
from it in every pathing category. This should fix maps that were initially saved
with no start points, resulting in maps being flooded with user-impassability, and
thus causing certain pathing layers to lag the game extremely.

Edited Savegame (500 max peasants, no fog of war)
By Mana in Save Games
I have found a way to edit the savegames to include whatever I want. Say 5 necromancers or 10 keeps and other stuff. Currently I am on 'vacation' and not at home so this save game will do for now. It works on the most recent version of BR and probably WOTW too.
Here are the features and notes for it:
-*500 Peasants max** -*No fog of war
-*Keep and all Zen Master
-*All baracks are upgraded fully
-*AI has barely started building anything
-*100+ Peasants available right after loading
**As you can see there is no peasant hut built, if you build a hut and another 100 peasants pop out don't be alarmed just hope you don't crash. Instalation Instructions:
Extract to your battle realms save game directory.
C:\Program Files\Liquid Entertainment\Battle Realms\Saved Games is default

Echoside
A semi-large dense, vegetated map filled with rolling sloping hills and a winding jungle river with several flowing waterfalls flowing out into a delta then the sea. Mysterious stone carvings and statues of past jungle inhabitants riddle the riverside's mud stricken banks. The player can be attacked by an opponent from all sides any time, the heavy vegetation doesn't help you out much, try to set sections of trees on fire to clear a good view on the outskirts of your settlement.

Haunted Forest
Each base is surrounded by small hills for protection, but not too much. The map is large, so to get to an enemy base, you must trek through acres of this haunted forest. You must leave someone behind to protect your base.

Stargazer
A nice four player map which has three base entrances and high ground. Great for allied play, this map has lots of resources to consume. Mind your base and units rather than admiring the landscape as it may lead to your loss. This map is shaped much like a starfish hence the name "Stargazer". And as always, control of high ground is essential to achieve victory.

Land of our Fathers
A medium sized five player map centering around a river that cascades out of a mountain spring. Turtlers won't have the easiest time because each base has 2 or three entrances, and in bases with 2, one entrance is very large. Players in the bottom of the map are more cramped, but the two players in the top have to deal with cliffs and hills that are great to attack from.

Dragonland
This is a large 8-player map, usually good for LAN gaming, as playing it on GS would definitely have lag. Each base has three entrances, minimizing the chokepoints; there are a lot of small rice patches scattered throughout to encourage expansion, there is just enough rice for a single player in each base, to discourage double basing and turtling. I have play tested this map on my LANshop and found that most of the players gave encouraging feedback. As far as I have observed, turtling doesn't give good results as base raids can be done with little difficulty.

Castle
A fun North vs. South map separated by a river. Plenty of water and rice for each player. Two cliffs lead into one of three openings into each base shared by 3 allies. Taking these cliffs to defend can stop enemies before they enter your town.

Adurant
The map was designed to discourage turtling. The bases are in the corners of the map on the hills and every base has only two paths into the valley. That seems to encourage turtling, but the low amount of rice to be found on the hill and the distance to the next source of water will force the player to build a well next to his rice field and use a lot of peasants watering or to get control over one of the rice fields down in the valley. However you've got the choice between wasting a lot of units on rice and water or creating outposts.
I suggest to play the map at slow rice growth rate to encourage expansion.

Bridge of Woe (4)
Bridge Of Woe is a 5 player Hellscape. The eastern players have more of a luxury in deciding to cross the bridges, whereas the closeness of the 3 in the west forces a more immediate series of confrontations. The 3 bridges provide ample strategic routes for attacks. Players in the west are in a more tense situation, but they have the horses. Nobody has an abundance of rice, and the northwestern player with the only profound height advantage is cramped and suffers from the water-is-far-away problem. The northmost bridge is quite architecturally neutral, with a few choke points. The broad central bridge has a raised control position in its middle, valuable fighting terrain to hold or retreat to during an advance. The southern pathway is closest to the sulphurous ash - its surface has crumbled and warped to the point where it is mostly only a chaotic single-file line of death, hanging dramatically from its entranceways. Its dangerous nature means most players need not worry about attacks mounted through there.
