Empty Servers

I play often on the Chicago 2fort server, and usually it is near full. But for the past 2 or 3 days, it has been completely empty the few times I have tried to play there.

Where did everybody go?

It's probably because of the servers say they're full while they're not so people leave, badwater was full 24/7 and now is empty.

Similar shit on the WC payload server. It took a hit when Portal 2 released/steam and tf2 were buggy, seemed to recover for a night or so after all the issues were fixed, and has taken a nosedive again the past couple evenings.

I wonder if all of these people are just off playing portal instead...possible I guess. If most of the regulars stop playing, it leaves an empty server at times, and of course nobody wants to play on an empty server, so it perpetuates.

They were full last night

yaa, ive noticed, even after just logging in and getting teh server list, servers would say 23/24, or 32/33, and when i finally load in, theres no one in it

Stocks 2 had this problem as well

Some things are still broken after that big update valve released.

I'm back now so I will try to fix those issues now.

And yes the release of Portal 2 did cause a decrease in TF2 players.
