teh_pwnerer 279 #1 Posted November 16, 2011 Anyone other than me pretty much switch solely to cs:s beta? I tried going back to normal cs:s for a little while and quickly switched back to beta. I can't even really describe what it is about the beta that I prefer, but I definitely prefer it. For those who have never played beta and are curious to see how it's different here's 20 minutes of gameplay from the Lotus 24/7 Dust 2 CS:S beta server from last night - I was playing around with new version of Fraps: According to GameTracker, seems I'm not alone: Beta servers are not separated from normal Source servers on Gametracker - overall world ranking of 73rd shows how popular the Beta server is! KaЯt 2 #2 Posted December 15, 2011 your absolutely right! I have been around this server a lot and find it way better than CS:S.. One main thing I find better is that CSS Beta handles Lag way better, so this server can be open to international audience..
