Tell us about yourself and why you want to join Lotus Clan:

I've been playing tf2 for a while now and I'm in love with the lotus servers. In particular the UK arena server - I hardly ever play tf2 anywhere else! I play on the server 1-2 hours most nights and I love all the regular members of the community. Unfortunately, I believe that the arena server is often subject to abuse, as players are more frustrated at dying in this game-mode ( due to longer re-spawn times ). It is irritating that there is often no admin on the server to do anything and one has to be called. I hope that, as a very regular attendee to Lotus servers, I could strongly improve the atmosphere and enjoyment for everyone on the servers. 

 

I would describe myself as a responsible and fair individual and I have also had experience as an admin on servers and smaller clans in other games ( Minecraft, Guild wars 2, The Elder Scrolls Online ).

2 things, though:

1) It might take a while before your application might be worked on, as we recently accepted a bunch of new admin, so we're not actively looking atm.

2) as i know everyone gets confused by this: you might not see your application instantly, as they don't show up before being accepted as application; so don't worry about it if it says "posted" and you don't see your application.

 

 

That aside, you're of course welcome to join our Clan.

It's ok if I don't get considered for a while. Besides, maybe some of these new admins will be on the arena server a bit more often.

Well, I'm often here but I can't stand all day long either.

And yeah, beside me, no other admin dares to come on arena UK.

Also, I'm no lotus member but thumbs up for Honeyswirlz. She's a regular on arena (like she stated) and never did anything disruptive (beside using the market gardener). She's also more mature than few other regulars.

In my opinion, she could be able to do an admin job.

But eh, I'm no lotus member.

It would be helpful to get some extra coverage on that server though.

Hey, apparently Lotus Recruit has changed to Lotus Regular and I no longer need to play my 5 introductory games? Is there anything else I need to do to become a Regular?
