I Have Problem About Monitor

I go to net cafe to let them install new window [xp]

I back to play br and when i alt + Esc to tab it when i back to game

screen is black but sound is normally my old pc like it too

but b4 i install new windown os it was like that shit

how can i fix it :(

plz help
