For those who don't know the whole sad story with Star Wars Galaxies and their eventual fuck ups, I won't get into it. For those that do know, you probably enjoyed the game before the combat upgrade and quit once that whole mess occurred. I found this emulator project at www.swgemu.com a few months ago. They are into open testing right now, and it's about 80% there. So if you wanted to recapture some of the old SWG fun, you could register for a free account and likely be playing within a few hours.
