Step 0 #1 Posted October 12, 2010 I've noticed that on the Lotus Clan Servers for TF2 there has been a scout melee bug for past few days. It's only Lotus as I have checked other servers and it is fine. I use the Holy Mackerel and I'm not able to select the weapon at all even though I have to equip. Anyone else have this problem? Cyclone Duke 4 #2 Posted October 13, 2010 I also have this problem on the UK 2fort server. Any other melee weapon works fine, bat etc, but the mackeral refuses to be weilded, immidiately swaps back to your previous weapon. Even if your milk is on cooldown and your gun is empty, you'll hold a jug of milk that hasn't cooled down and can't be thrown. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Step 0 #3 Posted October 13, 2010 This was actually a crashfix I assume. Before tonight's update, if a Sandman hit a scout wielding the Holy Mackerel who also had the Bonk effect, server go KABOOM I checked after the update and this morning too. The crashfix update was made optional by Valve, so the mackerel won't be available until the server restarts. There's a few servers that haven't been restarted yet.
