Abusing Other Users

I've beem enjoying playing at Lotusclan servers because it wasn't alltalk server and people playing were decent players.

However, I've noticed a player named F:S @ngry Squirrel who made racial comments to everyone such as using the N word or gook, or chink.

He also swears at everyone on their team that they suck and down grades everyone on the team.

It wasn't a big problem until i saw him start a vote kick or vote ban people with his friends for no reason other than telling him to stop being a racist.

He says things such as; let's get this N out of here, let's teach him a lesson to shut up.

He kicks people who he doesn't like and the other players on the server also help him either because they know squirrel more than the person being kicked or they don't know whats going on.

I think there needs to be an action to stop him from doing such things.

best thing to do would be to make a demo, get his steam id, and report him.

I've played with angry squirrell and he doesn't seem to harm anyone, it's just the donators that abuse the power who are at fault. And the vote has been passing due to the majority of votes. Most people agree with him. I'm a casual on the lotus server

He's an idiot, to be honest.

However, sometimes he does act like a decent human being, but you would be lucky to catch him on a day like that.

Most of the time he is saying the n-word, calling people it, and other hateful language than can offend a group/race/etc

Mana generally says Free Speech to stuff like this, but you do have options. If you don't like it, start a vote on him. I've played with him for a year now on that server and his votes are usually justified, but the person on the receiving end doesn't understand them. I'd suggest the following ways if you can't deal with him and others -

1. USE YOUR MUTE FUNCTION, I can't stress this enough. You can mute players by pressing Shift+Tab, this way you don't have to listen to their rhetoric.

2. Call for a vote against the player. If others can't stand them, they will join in and assist you with it. Often times, just calling a vote will calm someone down.

3. Check to make sure you aren't doing something wrong/stupid yourself. Squirrel and most people on Lotus servers won't get onto you unless you are acting dumb, which may also be the reason why you were kicked. If you are new, let everyone know and most times your faults will be overlooked and someone will help you out.

First off display name... i dont give a fuck who you are, and i dont care. i would rather hear terry tate smashing you thru the wall. otherwise back to the subject... i sugest this person is complaining about my basic human rights and also my freedom of speech. im saying i said nothing close to his claims, but even if it had, thats my point. i would suggest he has said things like he claims i said, and from then on i will shut up. besides the point i love lotus servers, and im greatful to play here, as a former donator. keep lotus alive!
