Office is sooooo boring without the awp and autosniper its just like all the other servers that come up on my list 24/7 office NO AWP/AUTO I was fine with the restriction. Or have it available after certain amount of people have joined the server lets say after each team has at least 7 players(14 total). As far as bots go, the cpu bots for css have downs.
