Request For Info On A Suspect Player

Hi, everyone. I'm an admin over at the GTFO community and we're trying to nail a suspect player who's very difficult to catch in the act. The reason I'm here asking you this is that I played on one of the LotusClan servers over Christmas and received a good deal of barracking from players who were basically laughing at me for tolerating this player, who goes by the name of Isidorelive. According to this thread http://forums.gaming...st-isidorelive/ you dealt with him, but unfortunately, after you did, he's got smarter. We originally banned him for rate hacking, but it's GTFO policy to unban rate hackers once they've fixed their rates and we see proof to that effect. Most rate hackers learn the lesson after one ban and don't do it again, but Isidore is different. Aside from having all the charm of a piece of roadkill, he is, unfortunately, savvy with tweaks. He's been reported to us again as a suspect player and we have demos of him in action, but getting any definitive evidence is hard because he knows how to play the system. We think he's tweaking his settings, but we don't know what exactly he is doing. What I'm hoping for is either people who remember him from before his ban here, or who know how he's doing what he's doing, whether it's playing with his settings or some new hack that's hard to detect. EDIT: I should add that it's when he plays sniper that he's suspicious. As far as I can tell, he plays legit in all other classes.
