Temp Vote-Banned By A Loudmouth

Was playing on one of your CTF_2fort servers, playing my most played and fave class, spy, and was doing pretty good. I occasionally regularly play on this server because it usually is pretty fun, with the exception of tonight.

After dominating a few of the other team, the more vocal of the bunch, Poushanity, initiated a voteban on me. At first it didn't pass, then as some more time went by he initiated a votekick and it passed. I rejoined and went back to killing them, just thinking he was trolling, since he seems to do it alot by spamming a "IM DA BEST" macro and playing/sounding like a troll.

I kill them some more, and by the end of the round, which we win, teams get shuffled and i get grouped with Mr. "DA BEST". It's not long before I hear his voice talking about banning me some more and claiming im using an aimbot (I was getting a decent amount of ambassador headshots, something I pride myself on because Spy is my favorite class and the ambassador one of my favorite weapons, a skill that took a good while to develop). The voteban goes up and I get banned, somewhat annoyed this lead me here.

I already know temp-bans can't and won't be lifted, I can wait 30 minutes, just the fact that this can happen kinda takes the fun away from the game. I can obviously understand not having any fun getting killed, especially by a hacker, but i'm certainly no hacker, and getting killed IS part of this game, and as far as I can tell that's what I got kicked/banned for, killing a loudmouth and his teamates.

Just upsets me not that there isn't a mod, and I do like a voting option, just that someone who is willing to abuse it can get away with it.
