Since a lot of players always ask me why i think somebody is cheating and how i see it i will explain certain behaviours cheaters have and also why Demos are no proof what so ever.

First u have to understand that a demo always shows ur view of things that means if u have a 150 Ping and the player ur watching has a 30 Ping already u rely on ex_interp which is not perfekt ( everybody knows that u sometimes get shot even ur behind a corner. That just means the player who killed u saw u and in his screen u will apear before the corner) This is why demos recordet on internet (where ppl have different Pings and netsettings) are not relieable. (This is why u have forced settings in leagues)

Ok now how to spot cheater.

Nr1. Smart cheaters are very difficult to spot and noone with a brain will use an Aimbot 99% of "good" cheaters use only and ESP

Nr2. Cheaters will do crazy things that apair to be very stupid but turn out to be smart ONLY that time....for example they open the garage door on Office without flash and just run out with their knife in the hand even the Ts rushed before the garage, then they catch two snipers......

Nr3. They will avoid certain positions while they run around(they look for someone camping) it looks like they run randomly but but you can figure it out pretty fast that they not run randomly.

Nr4. They always run right....especially in 1v3 or 1v4 situations. (Even the enemy is walking to and they cant hear shit)

Nr 5. Cheater sometimes let kill themselfs to apear not cheating but such kills will look strange ( they own five enemys then they get killed by a guy whos camping on a position even a bad player would look and the killed player looked before also)

Nr 6. Cheaters RUSH very often even when it seems really stupid. ( To know where the enemy is makes u much more confident)

Nr 7. Cheaters aiming performance dont fit their score.

Nr 8. If u watch a cheaters Demo u HAVE to use an ESP then with a lot of experience u can spot them but it will take a lot of demos and u need a lot of experience in the game to see such things)

But the most obvious thing u can see ppl cheating is their History! Check their statshistory.....a cheater improves SUDDENLY

I could post some players but i wont. I will only make one example without name (u can check urself)

There is a player which always have an average performance on the server (Kill Per Death like 1.50) of course everybody has good days and bad days so sometimes it will be below that sometimes above. BUT suddenly u will see an increase the same person average changed from 1.50 to 2.5 or even 3. there is no way that a players performance can improve so fast.

That is btw how in the ESL pro series cheaters got cought back in 2003-2006(1.6) when i played. Every player had a performane profile if this profile would change dramaticly ur ass gets banned.

So please refrain from asking for a Demo...everybody knows that in 90% of all cases u wont get any proof.

Im really careful with accusing ppl of hacking but i know for sure at least 3 or 4 ppl ( and some dont even do well) Its just how they play. Trust me after 11 years of counterstrike u can see the difference and their statshistory proofed me that im right.

No. 6 is not always correct. I rush but it depends on where I spawn like in dust 2 if you spawn near b site you can rush all the way through the tunnel and catch some lurkers off guard first. Thats why i wrote even when it seems stupid. Take dust 2 as a T, lets say u spawn on the ramp normally noone with a brain would go B cause u will

1. get cought in the tunnel by door rushing CTs

2. Will get cought by every CT on B cause they have there position already

3. Even u wont get shot u will be blind cause every CT with a brain throws a flash into the tunnel when he enters B

Same goes for a long even u spawn good if u have 1! good Terror with a spawn close to a ur done....this is why i always throw a flash NOT into the doorway i through it when im half way a long that way im blind too BUT all rushing ts will be blind and i can run down the ramp then throw the second flash so Ts blind again and that way cts have time to get their position on a long....but then again its a pub ...5ppl will flame u for the first flash stay while they flame and then all die xP

Even though I can spot a cheater 99% of the time, after recording a demo I usually watch it with transparent textures to double check. Here's an example of a video I made of a member on the 47r team:

Yes...thats why VAC2 bannes every mounth still so many players even everybody knows that there is a risk of getting banned.....

On Top of that ALL private cheats...which are not detected by VAC2....

Not even to talk about ghosting, voice or double Steam id connect etc pp

The thing is, you're going to get caught, maybe not the first, but soon. Its just not worth it.

I've been doing CS:S since about 2005, i can always tell who's hacking. Its just a skill you pick up over time.

Hey knusperkeks, i hear you posted a video of me displaying my cat like reflex's and superior skill against a bunch of noobs... A little FYI, i really am that good. I downloaded your video but in my media player i only hear sound and see no picture(why is that?).

Anybody who has played with or against me will tel you i dont hack. Your wasting your time trying to make a video showing evidence of me hacking. Since ive been playing on lotus which is like 22days worth now ive been accused of the following:WALLS, AIMBOT, ESP (wtv that is), ANTI RECOIL,GHOSTING, blah blah blah,ect... Yet im still here playing, in good status with VAC and consistently owning you and all the noobs alike.

So that explains why everytime i get on you go to spectator. Befor your "HAXusation" on me you were all up P4's ass. Swearing that he hacks. and i quote you.. "there was only one hacker in AZ until now, and that hacker was P4" you said that over the microphone to me befor you joined AZ(deny it or not).

So here i am, i feel as if i owe it to all my FREINDS and FANS out there to give them an explanation as to why im being accused of hacking by the #2 player and why there is a "DEMO" of me posted by him slandering my online character, and my reputation throughout the server.

Check my stats. Check my screenshots in my profile (which is public). Check the files i run . Check whatever you want. At the end of the day, you will realize that you are WRONG and spent priceless time trying to prove something that isnt there.

I am no cheater... Don't hate me, im just that damn good... you live in JAPAN across a ocean with a ping over 120 playing on a westcoast server. I live in ARIZONA, 1 state away from the server with a 17ping...

Quit trying to slander my character and give me a reputation as a hacker. Come to the reality you are not the best player on LOTUS. Understand , that just because sombody is better than you he/she is not automatically hacking. Realize, you will be passed and left behind in the top10.

1.Actually i play with a 140 till 170 ping which makes it really hard to perform good....but it seems good enough though

2.Fans? ur delusional.....i played 3 years Esl Pro Series where 300+ ppl watched the Intel Friday night game(still do)....i never thought i had FANS ....and they always spoke so politly to me since they thought im not a player (I was 27 back then). I actually had one clanmember from the other team come to me and asking me if it is ok to use his own Monitor with a please mummy smile on his face.....

Tick 16200 till 17000 well this one is selfexplaining....the CT makes no sound what so ever. (Till 1.6 this would have worked unfortunatly in source we have titanium reinforced walls

Didn't know trying to shoot sombody through a wall was against server rules or VAC/ half-life rules.. i don't need to explain myself to anybody, especially you! steam has features in which friends can talk to you while they are dead and your still alive... just ONE of MANY exploitable features in the game.

Im still having trouble watching the video. I only get audio. I dont really need to watch it though, im 110% confident that your DEMO has no proof of me using any private or public hack which in turn would jepordize me as a good standing VAC status member. Quit wasting your time trying to prove something that isn't there. You'll have better luck finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, or catching the notorious CHUPACABRA, or finding the lost city of ATLANTIS befor you catch me cheating (LOL)

As i said before...and since the other thread is loocked.....i dont post demos for fun.

And since he admitted everything there is no arguing....

A little warning to some other ppl out there.....BEAST or B1 was not the only one so be carefull. Sometimes i just dont know what to do with all my freetime then I

record a cpl of demos....and as u could see....papa sees everything and dont be sure if i dont say anything...im not retarded.....good things take time.

U shouldnt fire urself up about Best getting banned ...hes not alone. That is 100% certain.

Ghosting isn't the same. Ghosting is when someone tells you were someone is via chat, vent or some other communication device when they aren't actively alive in the round. There is a big difference knowing the general place someone is and actually seeing their health and names through a wall. Ghosting really doesn't give you that much of an advantage compared to ESP.

Just because someone reacts quickly to someone around a corner doesn't mean they are hacking either...Also what does this statement mean: "I read the request and it said ESP cause I never though ppl are stupid enough to 'cheat' proofable (same steam id always in spec)"

If you mean ESP requires a dummy account to be in spec you are totally wrong about that...ESP is another variant of wall hacking but does not show the model through the walls, only the players health, name and general direction.

Just because someone is a regular and you can't tell they are hacking via spectator mode doesn't mean they aren't hacking (This goes for client-side demos too). It's actually very difficult to detect hacking via spectator mode unless they are using really old or primitive aimbots or walls. Nowadays the only way to spot an aimbotter (unless you've a lot of experience at spotting these types) is through hltv. It's hard to decipher what the crosshair and mouse are both doing when watching it through spectator mode. It will look like someone is legit but if you watched this on hltv you would most defnitely see something very fishy when their mouse is zig zagging around in straight lines and snaps to someone like a magnet. Definitely not fluid human motion.

I calculated the time between every frame then i watched the demo 3 times first time to liston for sound (could he hear the enemy)

2 time to watch WHEN exactly was his enemy able to see( the exact frame) and 3 when was the accused able to see his victim.

And then its pretty easy cause no human can react faster then 160-190ms.....if he does, he didnt react......

And i posted an ESP in my first post......and btw if you "GHOST" like he did with a laptop in spec probably with big overview that is

even better then an ESP.....cause u cant make the mistake of shooting through walls etc. And the old golden rule still applys

i agree with beast ive always though P4 hacked but when i got into (Az) i didnt beast shouldnt be banned (if he is thats what i got told) he just has alot of skill.
