Chicago 24/7 2Fort Crashing More Often

Hey guys Just wanted to let you know I have noticed that the chicago 2fort server has been having alot of crashes recently. It isnt just me either, I crash 2 - 3 times a day now and am on alot. Also alot of lag spikes. whe I load back in half the server is gone and ppl say they got kicked.

Any reason why this is happening?

Reading teh TF2 forums, ill say its the patch problems. GOD DAMN VALVE GET ON IT

Valve still does not see the need to test updates before shoving them down our throats, even though most of their updates mess something up pretty badly. If the update is pushed out on a Friday, then a game-breaking problem that will not be fixed until the middle of the next week is 100% guaranteed. Don't expect them to see the need for testing anytime soon.

Thanks for the reply, and I understand the issue now. I know there have been alot of recent patches that is probably what has been causing what seems like an 'ongoing problem'. Thanks for the info, and I will remain a loyal Lotus player. 2fort forever

Guys has there been any news on the server lag issue on Chicago 24/7 2fort?

This is like my home base server, I have donated multiple times throughout the years, and friggin luv Chicago servers. I just don't want the lag to make me T.T any more.

Oh and have you noticed an increase in hackers recently. It seem they are coming out of the woodwork nowadays.

There was an optional update which I applied recently. It had some replay fixes, hopefully that made a difference.
