Strange 5 Second Lags

I know I'm not the only one who gets this because several other people on the Lotus server (dustbowl chicago) have reported the same. The problem is that randomly (But it constantly happens) you will seemingly lose connection to the server and get the timeout red error in the top right for about 5/6 seconds where the connection then comes back. I never remembered or had this problem prior to the update, but I also never experience this on other TF2 servers, so it might be some plugin or setting Lotus is using that is aggravating the problem. Just thought I'd let you know, it's very annoying.

It's annoying when sniping. I'll be sniping, get the lag and then when it's over I've been killed.

It's possible that the way one of the plugins on the server works is affecting game traffic. Unless it makes the game unplayable I wouldn't worry about it.

Well I can usually deal with it, but sometimes I'll be doing well or jumping to a certain area or having a kritz, basically just doing something important and then lag + get killed.

Back in Quake 1 it was common courtesy to not kill people frozen or frozen in the air but people in TF2 don't care.
