So Xolid vote muted me for my voice being "annoying" no one else found it annoying at all and for some reason he couldn't just press esc and try and mute me. Before he was also trying to kick me for having different opinions then his on soldier load outs and the new weapons. The vote was 13-10 for the vote mute and I was muted. (Only because people 1 spammed and he had like 3 people d*ck riding him) Attached are some screenshots of the event. I find his actions completely inappropriate and immature and think that he should be disciplined for such actions.

I wasn't donator abusing I only did 2 votekicks to speed up the process as at least half of the server was being annoyed by him, after neither of them worked I stopped and once I switched teams he was practically spamming in voice chat negative remarks at me so I simply votemuted him.

This rush guy was really asking for whatever he got. He came on the server not knowing anyone and just started antagonizing random people, like xolid. Give it a few more minutes, and the server probably would have votebanned him.

I was not practically spamming remarks over microphone I was only talking to Storm of Fire my friend. And you did 3 or 4 votes as I recall and none of them went through because the majority of the server did not think I was doing anything wrong. Lastly I am not crying about being muted ban me I couldn't care less I'm just trying to help the server be a better place without people abusing their priviledges.

      Players saying they're admins votebanning randoms

      I was on your server today and came across two people claiming they're admins (Gazellenaire and Atomic Spark, I did not see them in the Admin list, but it hasn't been updated in a while) votebanning random people in a server. When asked why I was being votebanned and if I was breaking any rules, Gazellenaire typed in the chat "Nah" and "We are admins." One of them also said over microphone it was for something along the lines of "Destroying his shit".

      Got banned for admin impersonation. I have terrible humor so me and another player changed names to Broom and Crash Prizes, a parody of the regular combo Boom and Cash Prizes. Anyways I was never asked to change my name back before I was hammered to the depths, with that I wasn't placing lotus tags on my name or pawning myself off as an actual admin nor have I ever... 

      Here is the HL.StatsX chat log, it doesn't list the actual server events though, only player chat. It was around a whole five minutes after the conversation below that I was banned, and as I said there was no chat after this.

      I wanted to type you an appeal to get unbanned and to apologize. What I did was horribly inappropriate, disrespectful, and wildly destructive. While I can't truly know how this feels to you, I can certainly understand that what I did was one of the worst things I could possibly have done to you. This is an especially terrible thing for me to have done to you after I joined your servers. I would try and offer an explanation for what I did, but there are no excuses. My intentions, though good, don't matter here: only my poor choices. I absolutely take responsibility for my selfish actions and how much I wasted your time. I can’t expect your forgiveness, though I certainly hope for it. All I can say is that I truly want things to be okay between us. I want you to feel okay and eventually even happy when you let me back on your servers. I want to earn back the right to play on your servers and to have fun. Hopefully, in the future, we can find a way to move past this. Mistakes were made on that night, and I promise I will change.
