I can break these cuffs <---- Cuff's keeps muting people when hes the one who's annoying. This guy is an idiot and keeps abusing admin. Switches to winning team, then complains about every other player. Today he muted me while he was the one who was mic spamming and I told him to stop, he initiated a vote and I was muted.

Any admins can get on the Texas TF2 server and see what I am talking about, Cuffs is very disruptive as you can see from his replies. He's like a 40 year old little kid. He needs to be restricted.
