What Month Is "this Month"?

In the Donator Help forum is a message containing this (I believe it is part of Mana's signature):

Working on the new place this month, expect slower responses

When you're on the internet and the above appears on posts from 2008 through 2010, what month is "this month"?

Just a suggestion, but how about:

Working on the new servers for TF2 during August (2011), expect slower responses

Or something at least a little more descriptive.

Also, I've tried sending messages to different parties regarding changing my donation, but have had no response. Aside from having my credit card company reject the payment, is there any way to get some attention/help here?
