Player Count Issue And Bots Dust2

Lotus is the only server I play on and recently it has a messed up player count,

for example maybe 5 people will be in the game and then like 5 bots but then

if any one tries to join it says player count is 32/32 and wont let them join I have been in the server while

my friends are trying to join.

I have also been trying to join and experienced the same problem

please try to fix
