EDIT: Now that I think of it, I don't think the rank command was working in game... Is there a reason this one isn't included?

It's part of the new-ish servers made after the Halloween activity spike ended and no one wanted to play cp/koth_halloweenwhatevereventmap.

Popular servers are being added to stats from time to time. So yes, not all servers are on stats.
