Hello, Ico here!

Starting this thread here because I am not sure where it should go, but I am making it to address a problem a few of my friends have encountered while trying to connect to this server(and maybe others). I myself can gain access to the server just fine, however when a few friends of mine try to join to play with me it will not let them from ether not showing up on their server list or simply timing out. They can join other servers like valve, prophunt, and uk servers, but I was wondering if this was a problem on the server side or their router or computer side, never the less any information towards this would be wonderful.
