Lag On Badwater 24/7 East Coast And New Jersey?

I'm having lots o'lag on east coast and NJ servers. Like 200+ ping, just on those two servers, All the other servers in my favorites have a stable ping.

Probably it's just me but i've seen a couple people complaining about lag and such so

Any ideas why is that happening?
