Why Is 24/7 Dustbowl Now 24 Player?

I was wondering why the Chicago 24/7 Dustbowl TF2 server is now 24 player instead of 32? I thought it was 32 just a few days ago?

Never mind, now it says 32 players. I must be smoking crack.

The servers change to 24 slot for quickplay when they get fewer than 24 players and go back to 33 once the threshold is passed.
