All Lotus Servers Crash My Tf2

I have been playing in the lotus servers for a long time now. Mostly the chicago 24/7 2 fort. I have never had any issues. I donated for a 3 month package and a week later (last week) every time i load into the server it crashes my tf2. I dont have any problems loading into any other servers but lotus servers. What can I do to fix this since I have donated and now cannot play in your servers.
