Player was using a map exploit  (Getting out of the map) as an Engineer, built a Teleporter behind enemy spawn and basically a base. Rest of the team was using the teleporter and the enemy team was getting camped at their spawn.
 
**READ ME** ---  I ONLY used the teleporter for evidence, I did not abuse this exploit.  (Hence why I am reporting it..)

Around 21:35pm BST, Mud was using an exploit in order to make it appear as if he was doing a hi-5 taunt, but able to shoot and move. As can be seen in the image, he is clearly shooting at me, his Scattergun not attached to his model. It is impossible to tell which direction he would travel in, or the direction that he would shoot in, as he would just slide along the map in that position, Scattergun facing the air. It also appeared he was moving slightly faster than a Scout would run. Unfortunately a Votekick request did not go through, as there was not enough votes.
