Donor Item Effects Fixed

Hi all,

I'm back now and as such was able to look into the donor item issue. I think I fixed the problem. This should take effect next map change/server restart.

If your item color/effect is changing but you are having some unexplained issues. Do say here in this thread and I will look into it.
