JMaster299 654 #1 Posted November 12, 2013 I only noticed this because I recently had some trouble with my ping times due to my ISP and I want to find out if anyone else is having trouble with this particular server. I normally don't play east coast servers but for the last 3 days my ping times in all games for all servers has been horrible. I was getting pings of 300 - 900 for both the west coast and east coast (Smite only has east coast servers) but the central US like Texas and Chicago were fine.So tonight, after I got the issue fixed with my ISP, I noticed that the Control Points #2 East Coast server 64.237.38.24:27015 still had a really high ping. My ping for the server was over 250ms but for UK and EU servers I was less then 200ms like normal. For some reason my ping to just that one east coast server is still really high. All the other servers, including the other east coast servers are fine.Does anyone else see an abnormally high ping for this server? Unfortunate Gunner 6 #2 Posted November 18, 2013 I don't know about this server you've posted, but I've been having the same problem with the 2fort UK servers (24x & 33x), my ping on them was always around 80-100ms, now it's around 200-240ms... All other lotus servers that i play on are normal, like the German & French servers for example, but NOT the UK servers for some reason, was the "location" of the 2fort-UK servers changed recently? JMaster299 654 #3 Posted November 18, 2013 Since making this thread I have noticed that the server showing the outrageous ping seems to be different every day. But it's ALWAYS a US server. There will always be one server in my list, I have like all the Lotus servers in my favorites, that will have a really high ping but every everything else is the same.My only other issue is my ping seems to increase while I play. I went from 120ms to 150ms while on the UK server today. But my ping went up as the server filled, so I don't think it was on my end. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
