Bane 0 #1 Posted December 18, 2007 For you snipers out there their is an exec that you can activate by bringing down your councel (~) and typing (exec snipe.txt). What it does is change your zoom so that it zooms when you click on the fire button and you hold it down, to fire you let go of the fire button. This also allows you to move faster pre and post-zoom, it has it's advantages but it also has it's disadvantages, for example I'm used to switching weapons with my mouse scroll, with this active you need to switch weapons by pressing the # coresponding to your weapon or else the effects of fireing with your submachine gun will be the same as snipping (in other words you will fire only as you let go your fire button, wich makes fireing your machine gun useless)... Anyways for you snippers out there try it out, if you can get used to it, it will give you a small advantage over other snippers, if you are like me and you switch to your machine gun often and use the mouse scroller to do the switching it will probably annoy the crap out of you.. If you want to remove the exec snipe.txt you need to type "exec config.cfg" and you'll go back to normal. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
