I run a standalone TF2, non steam... Is there a Lotus Clan version for download and reinstall??? Maybe it will fix it...

No, we are a legit only clan.

I looked into the error and it seems like you might have an outdated version of TF2 (or Steam, but you don't have steam...)

Also:

For anyone who gets this error and actually owns the game. Make sure that Steam is up to date, if that doesn't work delete the clientregistry.blob file and restart steam.

I solved my problem with patching my own release with someone elses's patches, i mean, be sure of wich release you have, maybe you are using differtent patches...
