Benefits are usually setup within 24 hours (usually faster) after the payment has cleared If you do not have your benefits after 24 hours and the payment has cleared post in here and it will be setup asap. When you donate the first page asks for your In-game name and Steam ID, I'm assuming that it was either already filled in, or you filled in the missing information. This is how you are recognized as a donator. (If this assumption is wrong, your features will not be active. Mana will need to follow up with you.) As far as using your benefits in-game, this explains it clearly But just for a recap: You said in your post that you enable the developer console (Default ~). Everything is done using the console. To connect using your reserved slot(Allows you to join the server when it's full): Find the server's IP address (Either find it on Lotusclan.com or right click the server on your favorites list and select 'View Server Info', then copy the IP) Once you have found/copied your selected server's ip, go into the console (Default ~) and type in: connect yourIPhere Example - connect 74.55.237.132:27015 To use any of the commands shown on this page: Once again open the console (~) and just type in the command. Example- typing @menu into the console will bring up a basic menu listing your donator features (Vote Kick, Vote Map, Etc.)
