Exactly what I have been trying to tell them.  There is a flaw in your quote though.

When the samurai dies, it doesn't hurt everything; only the opponent.  Thus making a samurai force even more useful.  Don't forget dragon clan is the easiest to earn yang points with.  Not to mention the Dragon Fire. B)

wrong, samurai hurt everything, including allies. thats why you see alot of samurai attack squads more than 4-5 dying out just like that. and they are weak to magic, so going against the warlocks would be suicide.

oh yeah, i just played some noob who built only werewovles. even though i made a very balanced squad with necro and spirits, i got KO'd

Excellent points BC, you seem to know alot. Please stop saying "when dove gets on". Because I get on everyday to see you guys gone or not following the rules. Yesterday we were suposed to have a match which didn't happen. Ya it does make sense why sams effect even themselves, no wonder you have a full army of them and they die out not even finishing off a village. Werewolves aren't that strong but its always good to have them for some weak units such as speermen or archers. The werewolf can run up to like a couple of archers in the backround distract them and kill them easy.

BC legend, you probably have the wrong version. In version 1.50q the samurais only damage opponents. If you didn't know that than its either you don't have 1.5q or you live in a cave.

Maybe, they have snipers hidden somewhere. Im absolutely positive that when a samurai dies, it only hurts the opponent.

Sorry BC but im going to side with the others and agree: Samurai spirit release doesn't damaged allied units.

As for can serpent beat dragon, I'm going to have to say yes, mainly for 2 reasons:

Speed and musketeers.

The serpent can hit the dragon hard and fast wirth these units, before the dragon has a chance to get and counters to the musk sniper scope. Ive beaten many a dragon player with a musk rush, and seen it done by other players as well, although I must admit I've also lost a few rushes too. But my faith in this tactic still holds.

Ill prove you wrong any day, anytime. Dragon owns Serpent. I have seen so many rushes fail that it isn't even funny.

Dragon does own serpent. Upgraded archers.. Dang. PWN all. especially because serpent relies on ranged units mainly, stardust would end them fast.

dude dont be dissing serpent.. i agree with you that dragon is good.. yes.. ive been experimenting with some strats with them and im starting to like dragon more and more.. but see the thing with more than 80-90% of the people that play with serpent is things like massing cans or massing snipes(i would know :/).. so you never see serpent to its full potential.. but thats just my opinion

Thats true. But still, all and all dragon does win. If they make snipes, ID and stardust. If they make cans, uber archers and stardust. If they actually play into serp and mix it up. The chance is a bit slimmer. And mass canns the dragon player couldnt count on spirit since spirit wouldnt do shit to the canns. It really does depend on the player using each clan

Any who plays dragon and loses to serpent in 1v1 is a disgrace to the clan. he/she should not pick dragon again.:D:P
