Lotus Servers & Custom Skins

I've noticed this with the Lotus servers (and the ginormous respawn times) from the others. Custom sounds work but for some reason custom skins dont show whenever I log on the Lotus servers. Any ideas?

The respawn times are default and custom skins should show up so long as there are no model edits.

Pure is set to 1 so that no map materials could be changed (aka undetectable wallhacks).

Would Lotusclan be willing to test out lowering the respawn times a bit, not talking about 5 second respawns, more like 15seconds max respawns.

It sucks when you get hit with a 22 second respawn, thats why i think people would like a 15 second max respawn.

So I can't use my wallhacks in the Lotus servers because...?

But really all I have are different skins for the sniper rifle, machette, smg, and shotty. I dont think the whole model changes for my benefit. If anything its the other teams benefit because I'd get distracted at looking at something pretty.

And since we're on the subject of requests is there any way to have griefers actually kicked/temp banned? It seems when the majority votes a griefer out of the server they just quickly disconnect and log back in. Seems a bit on the unfair side and defeating the purpose of majority rule.

Just type it in chat and let people know why you want to kick this person, i wouldn't do voteban cause you need like 95% to ban them.

In other words you have no idea. I wasn't asking how do I get people to rally up and vote kick a griefer but instead was wondering why when the majority of people vote to kick/temp ban (and yes I have seen a vote tempban) a griefer it seems they just disconnect and come right back in continuing their immature fun. One time there was a griefer that kept spamming the votekick and for himself. Every time the votekick came up everyone voted for him. This kept happening for who knows how long...
