Why can't i connect to any of the servers?

I used to play on the mannpower servers a ton back when I was in to TF2. I recently got back into it and the servers I saved in my favorites won't load anymore, and if I try to enter the address from the servers on this site, it says that there are no game servers are responding to it. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
