How about we have a currency instead of a post count?

Lets say:

1 post = 5 rice and 5 Water

5 threads = 1 Yin/Yang?

Tell me what you think.

Also instead of ranks we can have Hp/MP/Stamina/Health Experience or Level.

I like the currency part, but not the ranks. I believe our rank system is fine for now.

The reason for the currency is that I might add a Store system, where you could buy a custom user title (cause it will get disabled soon ) a colored username (not sure about that one) Italic/Glowing/Bold username, and similar forum related stuff. So a Username color of your choice woul cost like 100 Yin 100000 Rice and 500000 Water Prices for other stuff would be more reasonable.

No that was an example. You could get like 20 rice per 100 characters. or 3 words = 1 rice 2 water and similar.

I don't even know if im going to do or if its possible to do . Another idea for the shop could be Colored member title. Like mine. Took me 20 minutes to enable it. Well to install it. Alot of PHP editing .

Or what about different rank symbols, like stars, cirlces, shapes etc. instead of blocks.

That be very hard to do. And its per skin so I would have to redo them on every skin. However I might replace the blocks with Ying/Yang signs or stars or whatever.

The idea with the resources and all that sound pretty damn nifty, though I like the idea of using # of characters in the post rather than the # of posts... Encourages people to actually write in their posts rather than mindless spam. But then again it'll make people shoot the shit more which isn't nearly as bad

Also since i've started working on the forums more I added a usegroup legend at the bottom of the forums home page, it looks somethign like this:

Admin | Banned | Members | Validating

It will have other groups later on.

I am at the top. I am power I am Death I am complete and whatever else the Warlocks/Master Warlocks say . Also I will make a special spam forum where you won't get a post count and move all the spam to there. Oh and by the way every 3 or 4 weeks the forum recounts the posts a member made so mine will go back to normal. Eventually that is.

I won't move posts... I would move a thread if its in the wrong section. And if you do spam and by spam I mean do 2 or 3 word posts then they might get deleted. However most of you posts are longer. And I would not move posts to the spam section as that would be weird...

Also at times you press the Submit button more then once so you double or triple post, just like now. I remove your duplicate posts but your post count stays. Until the next recount that is

Does a moderator have the same power. What is the difference between a mod. and an admin.? Are we even going to have moderators or just elite members? Questions Questions Questions!

Moderator is there to clean the forums as in make sure everyone follows the rules, like for example if a person posts A signature they made in the Announcements (Which they can't but lets pretend they can) the moderator moves the thread to the GFX forum. Also a mod can edit peoples posts. say someone posted a Porn link in the kiddie section, a mod would have to edit it out and warn the user using the warning system. Also if a member triple posts on accident he/she is there to clean it. Mods have acess to the Moderator Control Panel. Admins have acess to the admin control panel which allows them to add/delete/rename/ban members also to add forums change Board settings and similar.
