When you see the rank out of order, it just means it hasn't finished its update yet. Keep in mind It has 250K+ players' stats/skill points to process. It updates every 3 hours or so I think. So, you're probably just looking at the ranks when its in the middle of updating. They will straighten out again. Personally, I think rank fluctuates way too much to even worry about it. Mana 3,867 #4 Posted October 21, 2008 But, the rank is all out of order that way. That's because there's ~10000 players a day who either drop in rank or go up. The stats update in 3 hours intervals (usually takes about an hour or two to do an update for all servers and then some more to recalculate ranks). The stats index page is cached every 1 hour so that it loads instantly as opposed to you having to wait 5-10+ seconds to load the index page everytime you go there. So if the caching is done when the ranks are updating then the index page will show out of order ranks until the next hour. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
