Tf2 Arena Servers Are Lagging Again

TF2 Arena Servers are lagging again, lots of choppiness ... makes it hard to snipe ;)

Pings seem ok, but its just jumpy. Also sometimes when the message to donate pops up at the bottom middle, I cannot switch weapons when in the game. Very annoying.
