Pop Up Ads Block Controls

I'm fine with the ads, however one set of them takes out some controls in game. When the ones on the left with a black background pop up, you can no longer use the number buttons because they become reassigned. I think the ad acts the same way as a votemap menu, but the only option is 0 to close it.

Basically, whenever the ad pops up I can't switch weapons using the number keys. It's really annoying since the ads might have some delay popping up during heavy action, so it's really annoying dieing because I couldn't switch weapons in time.

I'm sure you can get the same amount of ad time on screen even if you take out that set of pop ups. It's not a huge issue, but I've heard others complaining about it and it does get frustrating.
