Disable Party Hats While Playing Spy?

Would this be possible? When I play spy, people say they can still see my party hat while I'm cloaked, which pretty much defeats the purpose of the cloak. Any way to fix this?

They are retarded. The hat is attached to the model and cloaks with it.

Also if you disguise the party hat will either appear or not, random.
