Commands And Ranks Are Still Messed Up

Not sure if you knew about it, or if anyone was working on it. DoD:S server doesn't get much attention so we're all in the blind here.

Votekick/ban commands don't work. And the donator commands don't work.

RTV/Votemap commands still work though.

Also, are you guys deciding on an admin?

The commands should be fixed now. Ranks will be fixed when the TF2 ranks are fixed. Which will hopefully be by the end of next week.
