It says the map will change at the end of the round, but you still have to wait out the timelimit on the map even if you go through a few rounds. So rtv might change the map (I'm not sure since it almost never passes) but it definitely does not switch after the round is over. Maybe give something to regulars? Maybe color effect at beginning or something that doesn't really effect the actual gameplay, but it recognizes the person for playing on the server often?
