Cant Play On Downloaded Maps

i downloaded two maps from the download section (Xterminate and The Pit) i placed both of the files on the Levels folder for the BR

i start up BR and everything is fine, i start a skirmish game just to test out the maps and when i click start game. my screen turns blank and a message pops out saying "out of memory"

can someone please help me?
