Everyone on the server has been experiencing a passive constant background lag since the DC issue during the weekend,the drop in packets are quite noticable, especially so when the server is full with 32 players (most of the time).

Everything shutters every 5-10 seconds, you can easily notice this by looking at defense turrets or the gun in your hand.
