I think that their isen't a horse trainer

theres an invisible horse trick

you need at least 1 horse from the stables

command a unit to take out the horse then tell it to send it back to the stables

while the horse is slowly disappearing command a unit to mount it

if you did it correctly the unit should be mounted on an invisible horse

and if you look in the stables there should be 1 horse in there
