Two Questions

Hi,

My first question is, how can I reset my server stats and start again? Are stats recorded by IP, or steam username? My second question is how can you improve the experience of playing on your servers in terms of balance? Too often teams get stacked as people make the choice between red and blue. I personally always choose Random, but more often than not, play is unbalanced and needs a scramble. In fact I would say this often happens multiple times per session. It's really quite tedious and these days it's hard to get a decent game. I saw this with the other server I played on (ZeroBS); after a while players get to know each other, how good they are comparatively and subsequently you get really one sided matches.

I doubt you can reset stat because they don't mean anything

The only way to counter stacking is to stack harder so make some interweb buddies and show us what for

scrambles wont do anything. all they do is reset the map so your going to end up playing on the same map for even longer with stacked teams

I play as Robinson at the moment (name change is due). I just thought that kills, deaths, ranking etc. had some meaning. They don't?

Err. They're numbers that's jotted down to record the stats of your gameplay. What more else could they be?

As for the stacking, you outta search the forums under that word 'n see how many threads come up.

Stacking? Only a problem on 1 or 2 of our 10 billion servers.

Also, votescramble. It only needs 50% to pass. Which means if the losing team wants to scramble, it can happen.

I already talked about the scramble. It happens more often than not. It's like this: it gets to 12-1, scramble, people switch teams, it's gets to 12 - 4, scramble, people switch teams, etc. It's actually very tedious. I'm starting to conclude there's just no way to get a decent game. Maybe once a day when I play there's a good fight, but otherwise it's usually one side owning the other.

When you click on random, all it does is: A) put you on the team with less people. or, B ) when teams are even, it puts you on blue.

I never got this. Is there a reason why it puts you on blue if teams are even? Cause that's not really random.

it autos you to the team with less people. if teams are even, it autos you to the attacking team on maps that have an attacking team. this would be blu on maps like badwater, goldrush, gravelpit etc. it was changed a few months back to do this cause defense is easier

The stats aren't even correct. I just played this afternoon and on the stats under sessions it says I had no kills and no deaths lol

I'm pretty lazy I don't look around
