Voteban

I have been playing in the Source server for multiple hours a day for about 2 months now. I have noticed that many people abuse the voteban/votekick commands when it is not necessary at all. I am not really here to demo the people that do it and get them in trouble because I'm not admin and if I was doing that I wouldnt have much time to play for myself. The percentage is at 60% of the vote results in a ban/kick but I have noticed about that percentage just click Yes without even reading what it is for. People just agree with what ever vote comes up without even reading it just to get back to gaming because they can care less who gets banned and for what. If somebody is hacking or doing something bad enough to get banned or kicked then enough people will want that to happen so they will actually read the vote so I think if the percentage was turned up to like 75% it would avoid many unrightful bans and kicks.
