Suggestions For The Cs_Office Server

Just thought I should bring up a couple of ideas I've seen implemented well over my CS career.

30 second buy times:

Stops nade spammers cold. I have witnessed nade spam every time I have joined the servers. It's detrimental to the flow of the game and reduces the level of play considerably. Forces cts to camp and consequently, terrorists to cry about long rounds. Votekicks and arguments follow. Not a good situation.

Round Times:

I have noticed a couple other consistent issues regarding round times and the number of players being votekicked for camping well into the 4th-5th minute. A 4 minute round would help in this area I believe, having experienced several high population servers with 3-4 min round times. (talking about office)

Just curious, you use bots to fill the server till more people arrive, but have 2 24/7 maps that go quite well with each other on a 2 map rotation. Have you thought about dropping the dust2 24/7 server and upgrading the cs_office server itself, making it a 24/7 dust2/office rotation. This would combine the server populations, making bots a thing of the past, and add a little life to the community as a whole.

Lastly:

I understand you(Mana) have been looking through admin applications in your busy schedule. I assume your decisions are forthcoming but would like to throw my hat in the ring. I have have filled out an application. And as much as I do not expect a direct response at this time, I would like to express my interest to help you build this community. In the short period I have played here, I have enjoyed the company of those that do choose to spend their time here. I do have quite a lengthy admin history, including a 2 year stint on the most visited server in CS at that time.(pre-source) Worked with anti-cheat groups such as nextwish.org, which is sadly no longer around. As much as this appears to be a bit self-propagandizing, I realize I haven't been around very long. I have been searching for a great server to enjoy since recently coming back to this great game after a 4 year hiatus. Perhaps I could help build this community in order to find that home.

No changes will be made to the Office server until the CSS beta is finished. Unless I move it over to the beta again.

Dust2 server is already on the beta and doing quite well.
