Seeking Ingame Admin?

Hello Lotus, I'm a regular on the Counter Strike Source Server. I've notice, Lotus is looking for admins, also. I never see a admin on, the server at times, I play. So, this leads to. How would I become a admin for the CS:S Server.?

After seeing hackers run rampant through the server, I'm taking a stand to this.

Previous admin experience: Played for =FaA= in CAL and was admin on their 32-man public server. Had much experience catching hackers and was good at talking with the players about suspicious actions.

Why I'd be a good admin: I'm a friendly guy and I get along with everyone. However, seeing so many hackers on the server (like tonight for example) run around aimbotting while everyone struggles to voteban him is probably the most aggravating thing in the world. With me as your admin, I'd take care of it right away. I play a lot so I'd be on the ball 24/7.

Here is what you must include in your application:

• I'm 18 years old.
• Ive owned my own surf_greatriver_xDre4m, and my own 24/7 De_ rotation server both of which where 32 slot servers. I am admin on a surf server right now and i have my own awp death-match server right now.
• 208.115.218.39:27015 (24/7 CS_Office)
• This is the link to my stats page (http://stats.lotusclan.com/hlstats.php?mode=playerinfo&player=487245) yet it seems you guys still are having trouble with the ranking system and points and KDR so don't really take the page to seriously because most of the information cant be right.
• I would make a good admin because i play the server a lot, and whenever i'm dead i'm looking for people that could be suspected as being hackers. I would also make a good admin because even though your community is large, most of your players play on TF2 and i have never once seen an admin on the cs_office server and i have been playing for about 6 months. No one really has any way to contact the admins either because there is no reference to them, all we can do to stop hackers is report them to the forums which takes allot of time to effect a hacker or we can vote-ban which only lasts for 30 minutes and this is frustrating, i have many friends that play the server that could contact me if people where hacking. I have had a bit of experience being admin and i have owned my own servers. I also own my own clan and it takes a lot of managing.
  I would also like to say i'm not asking for full admin or anything or even permanent banning rights but just enough to ban someone long enough so other people have time to play the way it should be. Thanks for the consideration.

It's funny when hypocrites ask to be admin... A main problem with the server is a person with just a few friends can persuade the server to vote ban completely innocent people just because they are disliked or a good player. Thank god Mana changed the percentage needed to get a successful vote otherwise there wouldn't be anyone on the server. So many good players I've seen gone forever over crying. Giving adminship out should definitely not be done precariously especially with some of the regulars. I honestly think it's better without in some ways. Only things I dislike is when people fail to recognize a true hacker or all the over abundance of racist remarks I see made towards black people on the server.

I have a feeling the next update is going to be in Beta for quite awhile, Mana. I gave it a try and found it so unplayable. I'm not use to any of it and so many bugs!
