Dunno the name of the Hack he is using to keep his minigun-recoil counteracted(Probably just an aimbot) but he is using a wallhack as well. The demo has become a little longer since he is playing so bad even with his hacks! banrequest_Arnie.dem I just switched back into game and he disconnected so I won't be able for now to find out his steamID but I will hand that in later when he is online again since it is not the first time i saw him on that server.
