Okay ive calmed down a little bit. But this looks like one of the best updates because Valve had nothing to do with it. I've screen capped a few of the ones that stuck out to me, feel free to do the same.

New spy knife, looks really nice, but i am sure theres some downsides (not yet revealed)

A new flame thrower. Hopefully it wont just be another back burner.

New sniper rifle, looks like a beefier scope, probably more range. It is also bolt action, thats a hint for more firepower. But of course the half second reload in between rounds.

EDIT: Just noticed the darts, probably a new Natasha deal, slow them down.

The next spy revolver. I have no idea what they plan to do with this.

I bet a lot of the "second place" runner ups will see their stuff in future updates. Just not with this particular pack. At the very least, a lot of the submitted hats should get in.

As for what won... Wow! Some of these things look amazing! I wonder what kind of stats they'll apply to them. Do you all think the hats will get stats too? If so, I'm sure they'd replace a weapon. Still... Useful hats.

They havent applied stats to hats (as far as ive been informed) in the past. Hats are just bragging rights. Favorite hats thus far have been Heavy Ushanka and Towering Pillar.

Almost everything from Polycount looks well made, i wouldnt be suprised to see more packs. That razor that Josh posted looked really cool.

It seems to be a pretty well received update so far, at least from the lack of complaints on the valve forums, so I'm sure they'll consider doing it again. Though I guess that all depends on what kind of stats they come up with for this stuff.
