Stock Maps And Halloween Event

Due to the fact that seemingly no one wants to play maps other than cp_manor_event and in the interest of preventing the Stock Maps servers from going half empty on map change.

I have changed them to be temporarily stuck on cp_manor_event.This is actually pretty good thing for the Stock #3 server which just got moved, now's a great time for new people to favorite it.

For those of you wondering what sort of effect t his event had on the top servers, check this out:

Some of the servers in the top 10 now fill up for only 4-8 hours a day instead of 20+. Our badwater server went from #10 to #19 in a very short time.
