Truman Burbank 1 #1 Posted December 8, 2010 Ban Request - VIP Date, Server/Game, Time - 12 - 08 - 10 2Fort East Coast 10:30-11:00 AM Explanation of the incident. - VIP was spamming the microphone. Users would attempt to votekick him and, even though the majority of players at the time wished this, he would override it, which is abuse of his privelidges as a donator. We votekicked him multiple times but he would keep returning and spamming. He was also pretty much going AFK because he was busying playing GT5 as you can see him talking about in the recording and whenever players tried to votekick him for being AFK, he would, again, override it just to troll. He was being extremely disruptive and some players (including myself) were suspecting him of hacking as well. In the second recording I set up you can see, at the very end, he starts an auto-vote (assuming that's a donator privileged) to have me muted for absolutely no reason. I think he should at least have his donator priviledges removed for abusing them as seen in the demo. He's just doing this non-stop. He goes AFK and just idles for like 20 minutes but keeps paying attention and people want to kick him because they prefer an active player so they start a vote and then he just somehow overrides it.
